I’m Adrian and ever since my first cycling trip in Laos back in 2006 I have loved messing around on bikes. Since then I have cycled all over the world: Laos, Vietnam, New Zealand, Australia, Bolivia, Colombia, France, Spain, Germany, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, Hungary and the UK either touring, on cycling holidays or guiding.

I have been going on holiday to Charente Maritime for 30+ years so know the area intimately.

Now is the moment to combine these two passions and show you this beautiful region.
